The training which is running with the help of AIFT, is more beneficial for teachers and students. In this training teachers get the knowledge about new methodologies and techniques of teaching, so that the teaching-learning process can be improved. I also attended the session of pedagogy and technology. It was very interesting, there are New concepts like Critical thinking, crative thinking, collaborative learning etc. I feel that these types of mathodologies are very helpful for teachers..I also feel that the previous trainings were subject related, but these trainings are related to the methodologies of teaching. I hope these types of trainings definitely improve the teaching learning process in schools.
